Who are we looking for?
Private Client Home Care is a service-orientated business based on high moral standards. You must have no criminal record and demonstrate a commitment to providing a top-quality, consistent and trustworthy service. You also need to be passionate about helping others and self-motivated with a determination to succeed. Care Management / Health Care experience is useful, but not essential as full training is provided, along with good communication, listening and organisational skills. Full and valid UK driving licence and access to a car an advantage.
Essential requirements for care helper jobs.
It takes a special type of person to make a great care helper and carer. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a start. Being chatty helps. Being a good listener is a necessity. We offer competitive hourly rates and flexible hours.
